W8 nothing but problems,thinking going back to w7

The thing that's annoying me is when my PC reboots sometimes when restarting from sleep, I get quite a few kernel 41 errors. I've tried turning hibernate on/off but still the same and I have all the latest drivers installed. I never had this problem with W7 and it's spoiling my enjoyment of W8 which I think is pretty good overall.
