W800i replacement phone question

Just got a replacement W800i phone as the last one was faulty. The new one seems rather slow and sluggish, also when I open the Walkman function, there is already a few MP3s on it, such as Jem, Maroon 5 etc. Is this normal, or have I got a phone that someone has taken back?

My SIM free W800 had those on the memory card as well. They're all signed up to Sony BMG so it makes sense to promote them I guess.

OK cheers mate, didnt remember seeing them in the first phone I got. Still very sluggish when viewing photos I have taken.
