W950i sound issues

I have been having issues with my phone, whatever tune was selected as a ringtone when someone called the phone made a clicking noise. Now it works, however the Yoda soundbite i selected for when i got a text is not playing. Instead i get the default sound. Is there any known issues or problems ?

That sounds like the audio file you've chosen is compatible with the phone. I had a similar problem with a .aac file that worked fine on my Nokia phones, but wouldn't play on the W950i. It must have been down to the encoding.

Files worked fine to start with, then something happened and the sounds changed.
