Wait for the R3E?

Im considering buying the R2E but then mention of the R3E came about. Do you think i should wait a few months for it or do you think it will be so extortionately expensive that i should just get the R2E?

After poor overclocking results with my R2E, I went for an ECGA Classified and have not looked back since.

The R3E is very very close - It depends how patient you can be. If you're going to be air overclocking, you may find the R2E is fine for your needs....if you're going to be using water / LN2....then definitely wait.

There's a very good chance that your poor results were your fault, not the motherboards. Unless you're on phase and think 4.9ghz is poor anyway.

well im going to be overclocking on air so i suppose you have answered my question.

do you think it will be much more than £280? i would have thought so
