Wait out my Talk Talk Contract - Or just use them for "Infinity"?

At the end of this month my exchange should be "Infinity" enabled.
A total surprise as we had to wait ages for MAX to appear, so I honestly thought we'd be at the back of the queue for Inifinity.

I'm currently using Opal (Talk Talk Business) and I've got around 6 months to run on a 24 month contract.
The service I'm currently getting from Talk Talk is an LLU connection and I'm getting 16mb/800k.
One advantage of the Talk Talk Business connection is that I get a static IP address.

From the 1st of October Talk Talk are offering "Fibre Broadband" which will give me (based on their estimates) 33mb/3mb.
I can keep my static IP - but I will almost certainly see my contract with them extended.

So my options are:
Take Talk Talk "Infinity" from next month, enjoy the speed but be tied in with them for another contract term.
Or wait 6 months, be at the end of my Talk Talk contract and then shop around for the best "Infinity" based service I can get.

Suggestions?

This may sound stupid, but be absolutley sure you can get fttc with them!
I have just renewed my contract with talktalk on the basis that they said i could get fibre- now it seems i cant, ive had no luck getting a firm answer from them as my exchange is enabled and there is a fttc cab down the road.

For my exchange the BT checker has an activation date of 30-09-11
When I put my Talk Talk number into the Talk Talk checker it tells me that "Fibre Broadband" will be available from October 1st.

be very careful with the tt fibre i too was with opal /f2s and in may they convinced me to go over to tt with the idea that fibre would be available shortly . my neighbour has bt infinity for month now and tt offered me the fttc upgrade on 27th aug and an engineer was meant to com on mon 12 sept but guess what tt cancelled it the same day and i have had numerous phone calls to India and still no fibre . i think i will wait to nearer the time and buy out my contract or it expires and i will be moving on . i had been with f2s for 10 years and not a bit of trouble , but you learn from your mistakes:confused:
