Waiting for device at service centre (X360)

So I have returned my third 360 to MS.

They were very efficient and collected my 360 on Friday. UPS delivered it Monday.

MS Website says it's still waiting for delivery at the service centre, USP says it's been delivered.

I understand they are probably quite busy and it's stuck in a pile somewhere - but has anyone else seen the "Waiting For Device At Service Centre" message when they know it's been delivered?

How long was that message displayed for?

Bah, I loath to call them - but will wait till Friday before I do.

My status said waiting for delivery at service centre for a good few days.

Once the status changes to recieved, though, doesn't take them long at all to turn it over and send it back to you.
