Ok Story , i ordered my s2 from tmobile last tuesday to replace my iphone 4 , and also i new sim card with my number cause the ip4 has micro sim,
since i ordered a new sim they deactivated my old one which i was still using at the time.
Wednsday comes and goes no phone , i call up , oh ukmail van broke down , it will be with you on thursday, thursday comes and goes no phone , tmobile "we dont know whats happened we have concated ukmail it will be out friday ".
Friday comes and goes , at 5pm i call tmobile "we dont know what happend but we have upgraded your delivery so you will get it before 12pm on monday !".
on Saturday postman delivers my sim , and say they ****** up your address , been a customer for over 8 years and had countless phones to this address.
They had addressed my sim and the phone it seems to my local school! only reason i got the sim is local postman knows me !
Call up tmobile , oh were very sorry dont know whats happend, they tell me to call ukmail on sunday ! there closed.
They change address on monday to my right address and tell ukmail , today after ukmail and tmobile tell me its out for delivery its not pigging here! and i cant use my sim , so my number has been off since last tuesday ! i am waiting for calls for job inteviews etc .
what can i do ? fed up of talking to the monkies and not the organ grinder , what do i call up and say ?
