Waiting over a week for returns issue

I ordered some lian li fans with hub connectors etc but only the fans where in the box, after a few days I finally got a reply mentioning having to either return the item or that I could contact lian li, so i mentioned i was fine returning them and i've had no reply since, it's been over a week since i got them and filed the complaint, this is starting to get really silly now, I only need to get the fans in to get this PC running and i'm waiting what feels like will be weeks or a month before i ever get it up and running, what is going on over there? this service for issues/returns is ridiculous
