My ip35-e has debian squeeze on it and I have configured ethertool and as far as i know its working but my machine will not wake over lan, any tips please?
Assuming WOL is turned 'on' on the ip35-e (from the bios) then you should be able to use ethtool/WOL/script from another machine to send a magic packet to the MAC address of the ip35-e to wake it up.
yes I get g as response I can wake my other machine via wol so I know that side of it works dont think I have seen bios setting but will check tonight, thx
