Anyone tried this - bought it the other day due to having £8 credit that Oculus gifted me, the game is £10.99 so worked out practically free.

It's great fun if you have even a slither of interest in mini golf.

Need to convince my brother and step brother to buy this so we can start some tournaments up, could see it getting pretty competitive lol.

I am awful too!!

Best advice I could give is don't stab at the ball - try to swing as you would with a real putter from the shoulders in a nice smooth action (i.e. don't pivot your wrists), and make sure you're fully over the ball for each stroke. For alignment imagine a line from your target to the putter face, and try to keep the putter face perpendicular to this imaginary line through impact.

For more distance, rather than trying to hit the ball harder, just take a longer stroke but using the technique above.

Just out of interest what kind of scores are people getting on this - best I've done up to now is -15 on the easiest one (Tourist Trap) but reckon with more playing can probably lower this further.

Well, I have played most of the courses now but haven't got close to -15. My best is -6 on the easy Seagull course, I think I got +3 on the first one. My worst score is on the hard Seagull course, +26!! haha

They can be pretty tricky the hard courses, especially the last one (forgot the name - might be Arizona?)

Another new course out as well - a Space Station themed one. Might have been available for a while but fired it up for a game last night, and noticed the update.

Pretty decent as well, and again good of the developer to keep adding more free content.

Apparently there another 2 free courses coming, then more via a paid DLC.

Good stuff!

I'll probably very likely buy the DLC as well when that arrives, more I can do to keep the content coming the better, it's a really good game.

Great to play with mates as well, few of us now with Quests they are that well priced.

I've had VR for ages but it was too expensive for my other friends at first who are mainly just casual users, and were always held back by not having a decent PC, unlike most of us peeps on here.
