Wall clocks

Can anyone recommend anything?

Why do you think it won't update itself automatically ?

Here's how a clock works, you'll see it updates itself so you don't have to turn the hands every second of every minute of every hour

Because I have adhd and I need a solution that will update gmt etc when ever clocks change.

I struggle with time management so having lots of clocks that manage themselves (apart from batteries!) is a major help
