Wall mount the 2232BW?

Hi, I have asked for the Samsung 2232BW monitor for christmas

But I wan't to mount in on my wall, and was just woundering if you can do that with this monitor. And can you take the stand off?

Thinking of getting this one

would that be alright ?

you can certainly "take the stand off" but in order to do that you have to put it on to begin with...

not sure about the brackets sorry

That model does not have the VESA mounting holes, so no you will not be able to use that wallmount.

well it says my 226bw can be ... sure yours can too, try contacting samsung, they probably sell their own, overpriced brackets

I havn't actually got it yet, still time to change my mind. Just a shame if it doesn't, seen as it seems to be the best monitor for that price atm.

Checked on the samsung website, looks like it cant be done.
