wall mounted open air case

as above anyone got a air cooled set up where all the parts are on show and not in a case as such, but mounted?

would it be any good etc?

does anyone make anything like this?

Would love to do a wall mount like that. The time and effort to do that though not to mention the planning and money. Maybe a future project... And a lot of saving up!

no it wouldn't be better. cable management would be a pain, you'd need a PCI-e raiser for your gpu and as you said, there wouldn't be any protection from dust.
however if you have a look at the build log, it is quite an impressive project that required a lot of work but it's definitely worth it. with an air cooling setup though, I'm not sure if it would work.
