I've just got a new Samsung UE42F5000 for my bedroom and now need to wall mount it.

It's a 42" TV with 200x200 VESA mounting. Can anyone recommend me a bracket for mounting it to the wall with as little space behind as possiIle. So it's flush to the wall, the power lead does stick out of the back a little but I should be able to remove some of the wall to make it fit. I'd also like to see if I can get a bracket that would allow me to mount it in the corner of my room.

Not sure on bracket as I got mine from Amazon but surely with regards to the power lead couldn't you just get a right angled kettle lead (presumably it's a kettle lead?)

The power lead sticks out so little that it shouldn't be an issue. If it is drilling some of the wall out shouldn't be an issue.

Mine is the same as the first link above, no wobble with a 37" but I've used much larger wall bolts than those that were provided (4" if I recall)

Anyone have any experience with the ones on the second or third link?

They are much lower profile than some (ie it sits much flatter against the wall) and that would be very useful when I come to sorting out my setup in my new house!

Mine, friends, family have all come from 123brackets.co.uk as lots of choice.

In terms of mounting, we have been lucky to have solid walls to mount to, and use 4" or 6" coach bolts plus the big metal raw plugs, costs about £15 from B&Q use 8 of them, and that bracket isn't going anywhere :)

6" coach bolts, how heavy are your TV's! 3" are more than sufficient into a brick wall if your using 8 points.

Gte your nuts and bolts from Toolstation or Screwfix, much much cheaper than B&Q.

I bought a couple of Sanus (F32b) a few months back but haven't had a chance to fit them yet as I need to get cabling project completed first among other things. Anyhow these are low profile but as a consequence they have no tilt. They are also specified as suitable for wooden stud work or concrete construction fixing. Some brackets may only be suitable for a certain wall construction type so you should check how your wall is built to ensure you get something suitable.
