Wallpaper changer, image from the web

Does anyone know of a wallpaper changing application that can load an image from the web and update it? Basically, I'm looking to have a webcam as my wallpaper – it can be a static image (as long as it's updated sometimes). —thanks

Will the webcam not be on your system?

You could use something such as Iris for Mac to record shots on a timed basis, which are saved to a specific folder, and then use the Apple timed desktop changing function.

that would be really useful, i just use system preferences with files on my system
