Hi

Does anyone have some tips on how to fix paint hairline cracks where all my wallpaper thermal liner joins are.

All the thermal liner was butted up fine and then painted but all the joins have got a paint crack appearing now and I'm not sure how to rectify it?

Thanks

I've got this paste glue that I got with the thermal wallpaper that says it acts as a filler as well so might try a very fine coating of that and then paint over.
Will try a small area see if it works.

Don't use paste filler - water content is too high and may lift the edges of the paper

Use filler - Polycell "lightwight" filler is the best stuff as it dries quick and rubs down easily so that you don't damage the wallpaper.

Pro tip the guy who did my ceiling for an insurance job gave me is to run a light coat of PVA down the join first. Once dry this prevents moisture getting in the join and lifting the paper edge.
