I've seen these recipe kits advertised on TV every so often and lately, they are offering a money back gaurantee. Has anyone tried them and if so, were you impressed with the result?

What's weird is that the ferry doesn't go from Wan Chai but from Central.

They are super nice, maybe not as nice as a proper Chinese but they are better than the rest in asda, well recomended

I'd recommend them they are lovely! Had the Spicy Szechuan one. Hmmmmmmm.

I saw this last night and told the lady to get some to try. Then start blabbering on about how Wan Chai is a market district in Hong Kong (taken directly from playing Deus Ex).

Tried all 3 they are rubbish

one had no taste, one tasted of brown sauce and can't even remember what the other tasted like

Strange a range of processed oriental inspired foods should name itself after the Red Light district of Hong Kong, am I to assume fish features heavily in the recipes.

No, a lot of chicken instead.

My old dear got the kits but didn't realise you had to buy the chicken, mange tout, red peppers, etc. separately. :rolleyes:
