The filters will depend on your lens thread size.
Some would recommend getting a larger thread size and then reduce it with an adaptor ring IF you're looking to upgrade your lens. I personally just get one specific for the lens you're most likely to use with an ND filter (e.g. ultra wide angle lenses).
Google B+W 110 can get you a list of sellers.
Mind you, they can get quite expensive! I personally am saving up for one after experimenting with my ghetto version (can be made with welding glass). If you've got the money, get the filter. If not, experiment with a cheap glass and ring (cost less than £10 for both) - BIG downside is the need for colour correction.
As Mr Jones said, you can make these filters with welding glass which can be had for a couple of quid off ebay. With mine, I just used rubber bands to attach it to my camera, which worked OK but was obviously a bit awkward so at some point I will put mine in a ring. Another option is to use a Cokin adaptor as they're the same size, give or take. But apparently they let a bit of light in, therefore spoiling the effect Not sure if this is completely true though.
