I like silver and blue light best really. Will spend £100. Anyone had experience with the following two cases? There the only ones i like on this entire site :(

Coolermaster Wave Master - Silver (No PSU) (CA-037-CM)

or

Thermaltake VA7000SWA Shark Aluminium Full Tower - Silver (CA-009-TT)

I'm edging towards the Thermaltake.

The wavemaster would win my money without a thought to the Shark, a completely different class of case.

A fully kitted out wavemaster is stunning to behold, and probably one of the most beautiful cases you can get your hands on.

There are of course the Lian Li offerings. ;)

I think Lian Li are ugly :)

I've read what the shark has and its way more than my current 10yo plastic advent case hehe

I'm just worried about everything fitting in ok? Would any psu say a hiper fit and work fine?

I had a WaveMaster, mine only took 80mm fans and it was really poor at cooling the high end hardware I wanted to put into it...

Build quality was superb, however - how thick is the aluminium on the front panel(?), lol.

That's why I only buy Coolermaster (and Antec) cases now.

You should consider Lian Li to that list, MUCH better than coolermaster as quite frankly at the moment I will not be buying anything with there name on it.

A bit older than that ;)

Wavemaster's design = 2000 for mainstream outing as the ATC-Tek MRO 18 (see sig)

And its concept was shown at a show in mid 1998, so getting up to being 10 years old. Can still run anything in it, and the 201's are fairing better and they are older still for the concept.

What a great case is, able to get 10 years out of them, and people doubted if the £300 price tag was worth it :D

Although ATC-Tek were only a design company back then, and they did not start making the cases for a while, then coolermaster snapped them up.

Yeah, and like you said before Lian Li's do not look best on photographs.

I decided to dig a little deeper. I read some reviews and seen some great high quality pics of the Lian Li case.

So i just ordered the Lian-Li PC-7 PLUS Silver Aluminium Midi-Tower Case :)

But if you have the money there is no reason not to buy the Silverstone.

The PC7 looks a awful lot better than the best photo's around.

You should be surprised by it! :)
