Hi all,
looking to get a new PC with all the bells and whistles for around £3000. Has to be a pre build as I don’t have much time anymore. But can anyone recommend either a choice or at least all the hardware I should be looking for.
Games I play are a whole range so would need and want pretty high specs anyway.

As you seem like a fountain of knowledge and amazing do you have an AMD option if not you are still great !

Wow thank you so much.

Not all heroes wear capes.

I salute you sir

You do flatter me sir :D

I changed the graphics card to a 4080 just for variety's sake, but it is otherwise a very similar build. You can find the configurators on the OCUK website, under PC Systems > Custom Gaming PCs.

AMD Option with a 4090:

My basket at OcUK:

Total: £2,750.88 (includes delivery: £7.99)

You would need to find a suitable case, just make sure it's big enough to fit the 4090 (Looking at around £80-100 unless you want to splash out).

I realise you said you didn't want to build it yourself, but if you gave OCUK a ring and gave them this spec they would put it together for you for a fee. You would still need to install Windows yourself, but that's as easy as slapping it on a USB stick using the tool on the MS website and plugging it into the PC.

Of course this might be massively overkill and it assumes you have peripherals and a good monitor already.

You could save cash by dropping to a 7600, or alternatively wait for the 7800X3D to launch which is probably your best option assuming it doesn't put you over budget.

If you're willing to spend a bit more I'd consider spending £50 more on the Zotac 4090 for the extended warranty, maybe another £25 to get the WD SN850X SSD over the 770. Although you're unlikely to see much benefit from the faster NvME in honestly.
