Does memory speed affect PhysX performance?
No point in spending £100 on a card to be honest, I ran an 9800 GT as a PhysX card and don't think I even once seen it go anywhere near 100% load on any PhysX game I played.
As the title says. Anything good for around £100? Cheers![]()
why on earth would you need a physx card with a 780.
and as for Borderlands 2 my 780 ate it up.
In truth, I just wanted to see if there was a difference in games.![]()

PhysX works much better with a dedicated card it most situations.
I'd go for a second hand 650Ti definitely wouldn't bother spending much more than a 660.
Borderlands 2 hammers physX - http://1pcent.com/?p=169
You be much better off putting that £100 towards buying a second 780 classy.....This one is looking good. http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-243-EA&groupid=701&catid=1914&subcat=1854

Not really true though bud. Metro runs a lot better with one of my 780s dedicated to physx as does borderlands 2 and batman. What may of been true in the past isnt so much so now. When you are playing at 1400p and above it helps a lot to offload the physx onto a dedicated card
