Does this mean that anything pre Vodafone sponsorship makes you instantly illegable (ie anything older than a season or two)

I liked DC when he raced for the team, I like Lewis, and Im a real JB fan - but the team itself is a bit meh

There probubly looking for someone Young enough to not really know much or have much interest in anything older than a few years. They will want pasion too, but most men just like cars. They will likely want someone to be the public face, and with all those men about in the team, they will likely want a woman to break things up a bit and appeal to the larger male fan base. Oh, and she will have to be a looker too...

So they DO want a model. I will put money on some late teen/early 20's skinny blonde or brunette who goes to F1 because "her daddy takes me".
