Want to build a desk case

What would i need, looked at the Lian Li desk case on here, but dont want to pay £700 for it :/
What sort of thing should/could i look at instead? I love the look of them
All ideas are welcomed

Go and check out the project logs section, there is a few in there. I'd love to build one, it's just having the space to do it all

Get a desk, cut a hole, mount PC and parts, put fans in.. Done!
