Wanting to buld a SFF PC that will be used for streaming/storage/photoshop. Dont want to spend to much monies on it though.

At the moment I have the following in my main pc but want to use as much as possible out of it for the new build.

HIS ATI Radeon X1900 ICEQ3 512MB
Intel Core 2 DUO E6600 "LGA775 Conroe" 2.40GHz Gigabyte GA_965P_DS4 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard
GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC5300 667MHz Value DDR2 Dual Channel Kit
Audigy Soundblaster PCI sound card
Western Digital Caviar SE16 250GB 2500KS SATA-II 16MB Cache

So I think I need, case, mobo, and whatever else.

Any recomendations?

The Zotac G41ITX can be had for around £60 to £70.

The Silverstone SG05 with a 300W PSU can be had for around £80 and the version with a 450W PSU can be had for around £110.

You will also need to get a slimline optical drive too.

However, you cannot use your sound card and will be limited to a single 3.5" hard drive.

Cool I like the look/sound of that, will have to look into it. Also will the specs of my current stuff be up to the task of what I want to use it for do yous think?

Should I upgrade anything?

Zotac GF9300-I-E (Socket 775) DDR2 Mini ITX Motherboard
GeIL 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2 PC2-6400C4 800MHz
Lian Li PC-Q07B Mini-ITX Case

use your, cpu, cooler, atx power supply, dvd drive, gpu, can even keep ur ram and save some cash. comes to £239 with the ram

I'm liking both of these suggestions, my thoughts are though, is there a better solution for me...eg a pre-built system? Is really worth spending money on upgrading the ageing components I have?

More likely than not though I will be going with or a similar idea as the ones above, I just want to brainstorm my options before committing, as I would like to invest in hd space aswell.

Should I think about a mini tower case? Then i could just fling everything in, but much smaller/aesthetically pleasing than my old sunbeam samuri gaming case from yesteryear, but would be bigger than the aforementioned cases.

Yea I had clocked this case in the shop, it looks slightly better in that it can hold more HDD's so may have to invest in this one if I'm going down this line.
