Want to get something cut into a side panel

Does anyone have an advice/recommendations for where I could get 1 or 2 fan size holes cut into an aluminium side panel? Just got a new graphics card but the cooler on it projects air out to the side and my case currently has no ventilation on the side panel (I'm getting a 10c difference with the panel off).

The case was pretty expensive and I really love it aesthetically (it's a Lian Li) so I'd rather not get rid of it but I really want to get the most out of this card. So I was thinking modding a fan or too onto the side panel would help.

Edit: Might make a thread in the project log section actually. Sorry.

You would need a holesaw for the fan required and then a drillbit for the 4 holes.

My advice would be tape up the area with electrical tape for protection and grip for saw when starting out.

Get some car oil not much needed and mix with water till it goes into a milky colour and use this while drilling slowly to cool the holesaw.
