Want to go through my internet history

Hello,
Is there a program that can somehow work out or show more about what pages i've visited than just looking at the history? I looked at a page in ie, through another program, and want to find that url again, but can't find it

download IEHIST from:
http://www.cqure.net/wp/?page_id=18

retrieve index.dat file

type ---> iehist index.dat > log.txt

and you'll get a dated ouput like this for every site visted.
