Want to go to btcc silverstone/rockingham (with camera)

I would like to go to a btcc this year with my camera to either rockingham or silverstone

How do tickets work in terms of choosing where you sit/stand?
I basically want a unrestricted view where I can take interesting picturess of the cars on track. Maybe a corner etc.

Tickets seem reasonable in price

Go to a track day first. It's free to turn up and watch and while not all of the track will be open you will still get good access to some areas. That will be a cheap way to get your eye in. Have a look what's on at Silverstone and Rockingham.

thats a good idea. rockingham is only 35mins away from me hence the original choice.
as this lens is target at this sort of photography and its something i am interested in i thought it would be a good way to spend a few sundays
