Want to know why Budget car insurance are so cheap?

Tried to negotiate an insurance policy with them.

2 phone calls to there call centre cost me £14.70

I feel like ive been bent over and taken one for the team

It was from my landline! i knew it was a charged number, but i thought it was national rate not premium rate - robbing sods!!
