My Coolmaster stacker is just huge so I wanted to get rid and build something a bit more sensible like Micro ATX media centre setup. I just wanted to know will this all work dandy together. The Mobo has on-board graphics which I'm guessing will be fine for net and HD movies and retro games. I am considering putting my 7900GTO into it if I get to hungry for my gaming needs.

Case - Antec Fusion HTPC Case - 430HE Watt PSU - £115.14 inc VAT

Mobo - Gigabyte GA-G33M-DS2R Micro ATX (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard - £68.14 inc VAT ( I read in the reviews this borad is good for overclocking.)

CPU - Intel Core 2 Quad Pro Q6600 "Energy Efficient SLACR 95W Edition" 2.40GHz (1066FSB) - Retail - £152.74 inc VAT

OCZ 4GB (2x2GB) PC2-5400C5 Dual Channel Vista Upgrade Gold Series DDR2 (OCZ2VU6674GK) - £58.74

Total £394.62

Has for harddrive I have a WD 320GB IDE I can install into it.

Thanks have a happy new year folks

CPU is way overkill for a HTPC. You also need IR receiver and remote, plus OS/software for HTPC. I recommend XP Home & Media Portal. No need for 4GB either, my HTPC has 2GB of RAM and fully loaded around 1GB RAM usage.
