Hi,
As I said above,

Q1, which Version of W7? Ultimate?

Q2, I have a Rampage extreme 2 Mobo, Do I need a card to get the best out of SSD?

Q3, which SSD is best?

Currently running Vista 64. with a WD Raptor

Thanks in Advance

Have not really got a budget, 250 maybe, I'll pay more if there is a real good one out there that is worth the extra.

as for w7, I use my pc for gaming/ internet/ networking, but want good security too

thanks for quick reply

ok so was thinking of this combo?
Intel 510 Series "Elmcrest" 120GB 2.5" SATA-3 Solid State Hard Drive with FREE Shogun 2 Game [SSDSC2MH120A2K5]

Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit - OEM (GFC-00599) [GFC-00599]

302 quid.......anyone think this is ok? or anyone for any more thoughts.

Thanks a bunch for quick replies guys :)

oh btw anyone seen this error b4.

I came back from holiday to it, and googling the forums is'nt helping

This Assembly is protected by an unregistered copy of Eziriz's ".Net Reactor"

it pops up about every 5 seconds, driving me crazy, tried CCleaner etc.

One of the reasons I'm going to jump to W7, I have been thinking about it for some time,
and it's giving me the push.

cheers
