Want to open a bank

as the title says, as i am getting older i want to open my own bank, but i don't knoe which one is best for my needs.
i would like a bank for the various reasons:

College.

depositing cash, weekly / once every fortnight.

saving up a lump sum of money, but also want acces.

so please guys, could i get some feedback from youss?

I'm with HSBC and have a regular bank account and a flexible saver. It's perfect for me, I've has it since I was 16 (19 now). I have a debit card, can withdraw cash. Can do what I want with my savings, online banking too.
