Want To Upgrade RAM - But Confused!

Hi all,

Im running;

DFI EXPERT
3000 Winnie
x1800 XT
512 ballistix

As you can see my CPU and ram are lacking, I want to get new ram but am confused at what to get - I dont know what will give me best peformance.

Am I right in saying I need an idetical ballistix ram stick as the one im using now to run dual channle i.e like SLI?

Would it be best to buy a new set of ram completey?

It depends on your budget, can you give an indication of what you want to spend?

Ideally you want a 2Gb kit if you play modern games, something like G.Skill ZX PC3200 for £140.94 or G.Skill HZ PC4000 for £143.29 or OCZ PC3200 Dual Channel Platinum Series EL-DDR for £146.82

These kits are not too expensive but still offer good quality with reasonable timings.
