Wanted: single motherboard connector for front usb plugs

I'm looking for a single motherboard connector that will allow me to combine the seperate plugs of my front mounted USB headers.

Does such a thing exist?

Would that be for connecting the front USB ports on Akasa Eclipse?

IIRC they're separate too.
