Hi all,
Lately I have been expeiriencing issues with TVCatchup using some of the HD channels. I use it via the website and the app in windows 8 but I have noticed that the app actually does not display the HD TV channels in HD but the website does.
Back to the point when viewing programs in HD via the TVCatchup website it keeps buffering all the time and it is very annoying.
I get 60mb speeds fibre optic broadband from VM (Virgin Media) and I am getting full speeds 99% of the time and, at the time of watching the HD programs I tested the speeds again and I am still getting the same speeds as i would otherwise.
Later on last night it stopped buffering and was working properly, and i am intrigued to know what could be causing this.
Al I am using my PC via an Ethernet connection.
any insight as to what could be causing this?
