Wanting New monitor

Hi all im new to forum

Looking to by a bigger monitor 24inch the ones with just a VGA slot and quite reasonble price but I want DVI slot but there more.

Them VGA to DVI convertors I got a few free with my graphics card are they the same quality as normal DVI it self or would you recommend getting a monitor with a DVI slot

The general rule is if your graphics card and monitor support DVI, use DVI.

Aii yea but i can pick up a 24" monitor what just has VGA for about £137 just wondering if its working the extra £10-15 to get one with DVI aswell ?

But if its better to use DVI than VGA-DVI convertor ..then ill get a DVI monitor
