Hey fellas

I currently run a 2.8 P4, gig of corsiar ( no idea what speed ) with a ultra slow IDE HDD 120 gig backed up with a x800 gfx card. It's a sony pc, has done my proud over the years but I feel it is time to move on.

I have been looking up prices and im trying to build a new PC for under 500 including a copy of windows XP ( would prefer it with media centre )

So far ive got

AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 5000+ Black Edition 2.60GHz (Socket AM2) - £67
Crucial Ballistix 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2 PC2-8500C5 1066MHz Dual Channel Kit - £70

but ive no idea which board to get, case or powerpack and so on or even if i can get better than the above for my budget.

So any tips or links to a build would be much appreciated

This is what i have so far

any tips?

I basically use it for World of Warcraft ( not the most demanding game ) a bit of football manager and mainly downloading and so on.

I don't really want to spend a lot of the gfx card considering my x800 runs wow like a dream now, so i dont want to be spending 200+ on a card thats never gonna get used on a game like crysis.

Anything missing? Does the full tower case come with a PSU or do i need to buy one? and will i need a fan and what not for the CPU?
