Wanting to create a ebay template for our shop, any free software?

As above really, starting to sell caravans and wanting to improve the look of our listings. We are getting plenty of offers / enquiries however we have a nice looking logo and feel that we could improve the listings ten fold.

Could anyone reccomend a free software to create html designs for a complete noob.

Anyone? Basically something like front page or something where you can copy over the html after you designed it.
