Unfortunately those info is not precise enough in telling us what CPU it is using (other than just knowing it's one of the Core2 CPUs, which could be any). You could download and install "CPU-Z":i did just post them

...and it will give you more precise info on the hardware of your PC.
But the look at the overall spec, I will hazard a guess that it is one of the low-end media system from years ago that's not for gaming purpose, and the PSU would most likely be some generic 300W PSU.
To bring it up to bare minimum being able to do some sort of gaming, you best change is to drop a 7750 (which should be ok even with a generic 300W PSU) into your system replacing the GT430. You should also look into upgrading the system memory to at least 4GB as well.
You sure? Intel Core2 wasn't out yet in 2002...i will admit this pc was build in 2002
start, right click computer, properties, send us the line that says
processor
ram

If it's really as old as you think as it might be, you'd probably better off doing a new build around the AMD APU if you are on a budget.

You are in luck. While this CPU is old for today's standard, it would still be reasonably capable for gaming.processor: intel(r) core(tm)2 cpu 6600 @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz
ram: 2.00GB
Next thing you should do is check what PSU you are using. If you can, switch off your PC, open the side panel of your case and have a look at the PSU (power supply) and see if there's a label on it with details of brand and model.well what stuff would i need to upgrade for me to be able to use a Gainward GeForce GTX 650 Golden Sample 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
