Wanting to upgrade to water cooling, help needed.

Well im fairly happy with my machine now, the last thing for me to do would be water cooling but i havent got a clue where to start with it ! So could someone shed some light on the parts etc i need to get going ?

Pump
CPU block
Radiator + fans
Reservoir
Tubing
Hose clips
Barbs if any of the above don't come with them
DI water and some form of coolant
Loads of patience

Lol, thanks. Does sound like hard work. Can i just buy a kit thats all in ?

Well you can buy one of the Swiftech kits, tho the Apogee GT block that comes with them isn't really designed for the quads.

And it's not hard work. It's just a case of taking your time as mistakes can be costly (water + electricity = smoke).

You're better spending ~£200 on a custom kit and doing it right first time.

Its also worth spending investing in some non conductive coolant just incase.

You've got a high enough post-count to get into MM so have a look in there - there was a complete Swiftech Apex Ultra kit going very reasonably (~£100ish) and unsold as of this post.
