I remember a while back I came across a multiplayer only world war 1/2 game. The map spanned across the whole of Europe, but scaled down. Graphics were similar to heroes and generals.
It was first person and you could go from germany to the UK without loading, all one big fluid map. I "think" there were capture points of sorts.
The gameplay map I recall seeing was white mainly for the land with a bit of colour, so nothing like Risk etc.
Sorry if it's too vague but I cannot remember more than this and I'm really struggling to find it.
