Just had a look dcs looks pretty good and I have it in download, was just away to ask about the base game and if it came with anything but you have just answered my question! I see all DLC’s come to over £1000

Been looking up more on DCS I think it looks really good,
so I seen it on there site https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/downloads/world/ and noticed that a lot of DLC are steam incompatible. so will I download the base game from here is that what you mean?
also I take it ill just download version 1.5 just now? looks like there's version 2.5 in beta

I’ll give it a try with the keyboard and mouse to star with see what like. I reckon it’ll be a lot of button pressing, I’m used to my Xbox one remote......58% and waiting! I’ve had a look fo the speedlink airrow But I think they are discontinued which is a shame a it looked cool! There is a speedlink phantom hawk or black widow? Just looking for something to get me up and started.
