Their kickstarter just started, the developers are made up of modders from the Mount & Blade: Warband community and influenced by the Napoleonic Wars expansion. It's an authentic FPS rooted in line battles on the Cryengine. Take a look.

Is it going to be like the other civil war games where the gameplay is hilariously turd but the entertainment is found in experiencing weird amecian nerds larping on voice chat ?
