Warcraft 3 keeps causing BSOD

I've not got much info apart from when i play warcraft i keep getting BSOD's but never had them on CSS etc, with the same settings and i'm on Windows XP.

Is it something to do with Warcraft3 not liking dual core, or any ideas what could be causing them if the computer never has them on other more intense games?

Is there anyway i can find out what's causing these BSOD's? As it's annoying how such an old game can cause crashes but CSS etc doesn't.
