Warcraft character restore?

i understand theres a facility to restore characters that were deleted. but is it a one off thing or can i get all my characters back that i deleted?
i had 6 level 70 characters, have i just got 1 chance to restore 1 character?
also, anyone got any first hand experience of this, as id like to know if you get all the items in your bank/bags restored along with reputations/skills and professions?

any info would be great, i tried calling blizzard but got nowhere over the phone

ahh, that could be a problem then as i got rid of all the items from the character before it was deleted.
will i get back a lot of naked lvl70's then?

thx for the replys, i guess ill have to reactivate the account and get in touch with a GM to do it and find out exactly what i can get back.
and yes de@th, was similar sort of thing

hi vampire, did your toon get restored with all the reputation and professions the same as they were before the deletion?

ahh i see, wel thanks for the info anyways.
i just got all of them restored, naked

but they have got the same rep/skills/professions as before so thats one thing out the way. im just waiting for a GM to possibly replace my items but we will see.

no i didnt get the gold back, but to be fair i did just send it all to a friend as i didnt think id be going back to it so im not expecting to get that back. more concerned about the items i didnt have equipped, like the tanking gear that was in my druids bags and also the healing set which was in his bank and other little bits and bobs in all of their bags.
i have no idea if ill get it back as it was yet, just waiting for the 2nd ticket to be answered now

cheers guys, i got all the items back, minus gems/enchants though but thats fair enough.
i had to pay the price for each item, only what they sell to vendors for though. this even applied to disenchanted items, i paid and got those back too.
so all is well now, just working on funds to regem/enchant the gear
