Alex | Nopun.

Thanks again guys :)

What kind of error? What are the exact words of the error?

Tbh this sounds more like something that the Warhammer technical support staff could help with, than a hardware problem.

Does this happen on any other games? You might wanna try posting some where in the software section, or perhaps the game section incase other people have had this problem with the game.

That's just what comes up in the error report, he doesn't get an actual error message? I'll tell him to contact WAR support, cheers guys.

He must get an error message, even if it is the Windows standard: "this program has experienced a problem and needs to close".

That kind of error tends to be a driver or configuration issue (like with the game settings).

The way his screen goes black then pops back to Windows suggests it could be an incompatible screen resolution or graphics driver (or some related setting).
