warhammer online login/account problem

i installed war today hoping to patch it up and subscribe/start playing again tomorrow.

when i try to log in i get the message "the account has been terminated. please contact customer support for further information"

does this just mean that i haven't got a subscription going or is there any actual problem with my account?

Server is being patched today (in work so I don't know if it's back up), and there's usually a little lag from signing up till activation your account.

When you log onto the war-europe website, is there a little green diamond above your subscription?

Edit: I can't even log into the war-europe site now :rolleyes:

Apparently the servers are patched up and back online though

no im currently not subscribed, ive used my free month when i got it, im coming back now to play again and am not currently subscribed.

You need to have a subscription to download updates, if I remember correctly.

yup, that fixed it, im subscribed and it now lets me log in, i thought it would be like wow were u can log in etc but just not play, it had me panicing thinking my account had been deleted or something
