Warhawk tips

I have been playing Warhawk again lately but I am still wondering some things.

- Sometimes I can see a homing missile that hits the base, but how do you do that, is it a special pickup in the air?
- What can I do with the drops from a destroyed tank?
- What is the best way to dodge missiles in a Warhawk, boost or turning fast?

Thanks for the tips, I think I have Pro filght mode already on and that I just need to practice more and use more chaff.

I have played some 11 hours and still not realized the bundles killed people leave behind actually give me the weapons they had
