Warm slightly soapy water ok on TFT?

My TFT is filthy, and the rubbish "TFT Screen Wipes" you get at average joe's compumarket are simply vile, ao I was wondering could I use a lint free cloth, slightly damp and slightly soapy to clean my TFT?

Assuming I dont drench the cloth and drown my TFT it should be ok yes?

I'd say just use water on a damp lint cloth.I use stuff called Klear screen for mine

Yeah only slightly damp else if you get water in the bottom bezel it can wick up into the screen so i've heard
