Hi guys my pc is getting warm , ive got an i7 3770k which is not OC , ive got Kingston HyperX Blu 16GB ,Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H Intel Z77 , ZALMAN CNPS20 LQ cooler and all in an Corsair Obsidian 550D case , now if i leave the side on after a while i check it and its warm in there , is there any way i can cool it down more , all the fans are sucking / blowing the right way , in front out rear , is it worth me swapping to a normal heatsink and fan ? any suggestions , needs to fit in the case , it needs to be quiet but cool . many thanks in advance

When you say warm. What sort of temps are you getting? Use core temp, HW monitor to find out.

are you using the Intel stock heatsink?

As mentioned by Doomedspeed try those program's to check system temps.

If the CPU is hot, is 70c plus is the cooler connected ok and pump running.
