I had my bill through this month with 25 quids worth of charges for txt messages. I have 1400 free txts a month so I knew I couldnt have gone THAT much over. So I rang them to query it.
Apparently their computer system had a headfit this month, and when it was doing what it does to sort out everyones bills, it managed to forget to take into account everyones monthly inclusive allowances, hence my 25 quids worth of charges.
Just wanted to warn anyone else on o2 in case the same thing has happened to them. Check your bills this month, and if you have a bigger bill than usual, the same thing has probably happened to you.
